Hi Stefan,
vielen Dank für deine neuesten repaints! Sie sind - wie immer - spitze! (Thank you very much for your latest repaints! They look great - as always!)
May I make some suggestions concerning possible future projects? As I can see you are concentrating on Asian airlines at the moment (JAL, Cathay Pacific). In my opinion there are definetely three large airlines from the region missing for retro-AI:
(1) Singapore Airlines (707-300 / 727-200 / DC-10-30 / 747-200)
(2) All Nippon Airways (737-200 / L-1011 / 747 SR)
(3) Thai Airways (737-200 / DC-8-62 / DC-8-63 / DC-10-30 / 747-200)
Kind regards from EDDS!
Michael

727pilot: Vielen Dank für Dein Lob. Hast Du nicht vor kurzem Deine AI Flugpläne für Europäische Airlines vorgestellt? Was ist damit passiert? Thnx, a lot. Didn´t you create some european Airlines, such as DLH and so on??? What happend to them? Could share the German Airlines with me? I find it a bit funny to see modern day DLH all white Planes standing at EDDF beside a historical PAN AM. Regards. -STEFAN-SUN_KING-

Thanks for the JAL re-paints. Cathay would be great. My FPs for 1975 would not call for the L-1011, though.

Michael I realize you are speaking of a lack of ai aircraft for these airlines. I do have a set of FPs for Singapore 1975 uploaded to the site. I also have done Thai 1975 but it was one of my earlier efforts and I did not submit it because it might not up quicte up to the quality standards of retroai. I still would like to do Malaysian 1975. I'm afraid I can't help with All-Nippon. Andy

Hi.
A short update to my Projects:
American Airlines:
I have re-done the Boeing 747-100´s as those on the net didn´t really satisfy me. Either they lokked incompatible with other AI Planes or they were simply not sooooooooo nice. Finished both this afternoon -> PAX and "American Freighter". I will see when I will upload them
Federal Express:
I have not had any time the last few days to even start them. I shall try to do them in my off-time next week.
-> I have seen there is no Dassault Falcon 20F for AI purposes. So I don´t think I can or will do them. If you know something, then let me know and please send me the Base Pack ( with .Model and Paintkit and so on...)
Cathay Pacific:
I re-did the Tristar with Handpainted 3 star Logo. Not sure of the Boeing 707´s and 747´s as I have very little time and there are some new AI 747´s at Avsim at which I want to look first before making up my mind. I shall also decide wether or not to upload the 1011 first or in a big Pack.
JAL:
Found and corrected some minor errors on both the 721 and D85. Will upload a patch soon.
Thats all Folks.
Regards.

The flyable Falcon that's already in vintage FedEx colors isn't too hard on framerates, and since they are largely flying at night when there's reduced traffic, it shouldn't be a problem at most airports. I do wonder about the Memphis base, though, that might be a killer since KMEM does turn into the world's busiest airport after dark.

Nice...BTW, I haven't forgotten you - the FedEx Falcon is on my old computer and I just haven't had time to pull the drive and put it in my new machice so I can get it for you - but I will get it to you ASAP.
