Hi.
Now I am back from my holidays . The first thing I thought on was RAI ;D
Now I wanted to install the JAL ´70´s FP´s. I downloaded them and then found out that I did not know where to get the plane´s from.
Please, help me to get the Paints for the JAL FP available in the 1970 section. Please help by either sending them to me, or giving me the Links.
Kind Regards.

Hi Steffan,
I got the DC-8 textures from avsim. The models are Dee Waldron's. The 747 model is from AI Aardvark. I had to use a flyable 727, which I think I got from avsim.

Search under "Gary J. Smith" and you'll find the DC-8 - it's part of his pack of DC-8 textures that includes several airlines.

Hello.
Thanks for the replies. But, I decided yesterday to paint the entire Fleet ( both Cargo and PAX (DC-8-50+F,DC-8-70, Boeing 727-100 and Boeing 747+F)) and finished them today. Although there are still some minor corrections necessary on the Boeing 74F and B721, but I will do them tomorow.
Regards.

PS: I and maybe other users would appreciate it, if there would be Filenames and Links to the necessary Aircraft, in the ReadMe´s, in order to use the Flightplans. Maybe it´s like a suggestion, but I think this would avoid such Questions from people with less time to search Avsim and .Co.

Maybe it´s like a suggestion, but I think this would avoid such Questions from people with less time to search Avsim and .Co. I have considered this quite strongly, and I believe it's a good idea. I know I have listed some of the URLs in the readmes of some of my files, and others have as well. However, there is no consistency to it. While I won't mandate the inclusion of such information at this time, I do strongly encourage it with all future submissions. I began to see the growing need for this over the past few days when looking for aircraft that I could download for testing. when David retired, he left the AI-Aardvark site up "as is" - maning he no longer updates it. What happened between then and now is Avsim reorganized their files so the links on the Aardvark site no longer work, in many cases. Someone new to the scene may not understand this and just assume the files are gone - when all you have to do is search on the file name and you'll find it. that info needs to be made clear.
