Ok folks, I've started work on Continental Express 86, which will include Rocky Mountain, Air New Orleans, Royale Airlines, Trans Colorado and Gull Air Types: Beech 99, Cessna 402, Convair 580, Dash 7, DHC-6, F-27, Metro, EMB-110, Gulfstream 1 (is there a model of this?), and maybe toss in the EMB-120 and ATR42... but i need some input: Do those shades look right? I don't have any clear recollections of CO in the redball scheme, so any input will be appreciated!

Jason has done quite a bunch of CO (mainline) in that c/s. They're over at Flightsim.com, so you might check the rgb values on those.

Yea I did check on the CO paints i have already (Jason's and others) but there is some discrepancy... which is why im asking... but maybe ill just match to Jason's if he doesn't object. also SLIGHT change in plan... Gull Air is flying as NYEX and CO is sharing the flight numbers so i'm skipping it, ill do it with NYEX

oK MORE changes: 1st im going to release to component carriers seperately, because with the exception of Air New Orleans they operated the majority of their routes in their own colors at this point. Royale Airlines seems to operate everything in it's own colors... though there is a pic of a COEx EMB-110 at IAH, and unless i find something disputing it Royale was the only EMB-110 COex op from IAH? 2nd, Rocky Mountains' FPs are done... gotta be the easiest FP set i ever did, NO ERRORS on the MRAI compile and everything is nice and neat with them... not bad for 650+ sectors. So i'll get the Dash 7s (own and COEx, MAYBE the Golden State one) and Twotters (own and COEx) done tonight or tommorow and post it

ok need another opinion question answered:
Royale needs a Gulfstream I... there isn't one in FS
Now ill keep the option in the schedule, it's just a question of what to do for the package:
1. find and use a stand in (the existing standin someone did with the Mike Stone Saab doesn't work for me)... there isn't really another plane with the shape of the Gulfstream I... 2. Use the EMB-110 for everything 3. use the Beech 99 on the GRS runs even though it was retired from Royale by 86 when the FPs are for.
Currently im favoring option 3... but i'd like to hear what you all think. The FPs are about 70% done...

I'd say code it as a G-I, but comment it off in the aircraft.txt and put in the EMB as a stand-in. IMVHO.

I've actually been thinking of using the HS748 as a stand in. It "feels" like a Gulf1, probably because of the engine nacelles, though it is somewhat larger i can live with that. What do you peeps think of that idea?
Maybe redo the 748 with new windows to give it a move Gulfstream look? Kinda like i did with the ST-27/1900C?

Ok update on this:
I lost Royale FPs... and im not in the mood to redo them. My laptop HDD got hosed and i'm really ticked about it. Royale isn't the only thing i lost either, gah. And considering it's the SECOND drive i've killed in a year in that laptop im less than amused. This one was due to a near car accident that unfortunately sent my laptop bag flying.
I did complete the EMB-110 and i will post it... It's on my home desktop.
Trans-Colorado im putting on hold for now, and the others i'll see. Next up I think im gonna do the Pan Am fleet for Stefan's flightplans... ONA is in progress now and i should have 2 Dc-8s and a DC-10 this weekend for it.
Regards,
