I have completed plans for Sunworld International Airways, valid August 1985. Fleet consists of 4 DC-9-10s and 2 737-300s flying from the hub at Las Vegas. I've started painting and here is the 737-300 for the AIA v2 model, just finished ;D N841L "City of Las Vegas" Usual routine, spot the errors and ill fix. Then Ill upload to AVSIM when the plans are online. Consequently it will be after Kris is ready to accept submissions again. Now, time to start on the DC-9.

I remember Sunworld well - they were one of many who operated the KOKC-KLAS route over the years. IIRC, it was Sunworld's very last route since it was also their most lucrative. That's an odd route because it has always done well for everyone who's flown it, but until America West came back to Oklahoma City just before the U.S. Airways merger, no major flew it regularly. Reno Air flew it and it did well, but then American stopped it and routed everyone through KDFW. Allegiant Air flew it and did well, but then they got hit with a double-shot of Southwest running a weekly non-stop and America West running daily non-stops, so they left. Now it's the domain of U.S. Airways and Southwest.

I have done the 1986 plans that use DC-9-10s and DC-9-30s. On my dead PC I do have completed repaints of the DC-9-10 in both the old and new scheme. If you can hang on for a few days I can send it to you when the PC is working again. Paul

Finished the DC-9 N1301T - Also holds the distinction of being the first DC-9 ever buit. Not as happy with this one, the ends of the points on the sun should be more curved but short of pathing the logo (which would probably result in a worse one anyway) theres not much I could think of. Usual routine, point out the flaws Theres another Sunworld DC-9 Variation other than the new colours (the engines are painted) but it didnt seem to appear until after these plans are valid so im not gonna do it right now. Ill upload both of these after Kris is cleared for submissions again and the plans go online
