I found the AI DW YS-11 (and made a killer late 60s Piedmont) on the HJG page, but it has no flaps -- just a very minimal version. I noticed in Christian's repaints there are what appear to be areas representing moveable flaps on the texture sheet, so I'm wondering if anyone knows of another version of this model anywhere that has working flaps.

There is the FSP YS-11 model which has flaps that move, IIRC. Depending on what sim you use, we can get you the model. I have the FS9 model. chasensfo has the FSX/P3D model. |

Cool I’ve never heard of it. Is there a paint kit for it? Need to make a Piedmont and some Japanese airlines for RJTT… The FS9 AI by and large seems to be working fine in my FSX sim. I convert the ones that will successfully convert in MCX and just run the rest as FS9 especially the props. |

I spent a good deal of yesterday making a damn good paint kit for the DW YS-11 and you tell me this now?  |

Sorry my dude - It’s a long lost file from FSP’s earlier days. chasensfo would have the FSX models. And yes, there are paintkit files for it.  |
