Interesting B737 Corse-Air Retro. Will we have it flying ? I'll try to make them right after the 747-100 and -200's, which will take some time, the Corse-Air variations for the -100 series are done (there will be one Iberia hybrid for the -200), but the Corsair liveries require some work given that each 747's got a (at least slight) variations on the tail logo and the fuse titles, including a variation of reg F-GIMJ with "Air Afrique" stickers circa 1993/94 and a variation of reg F-GPVE with "Kabo Air" stickers on the tail circa 1994.

The 747-100 are done ! I separated the 2 "Corse-Air" era paints from the rest, given that the "Corsair" paints have 9 variations . Quick description, each 4 747-100 who flew for Corsair between 1991 and 2000 is represented including some extra variations, little explanation (and previews) below: Corse-Air (CS/CRL)
-> LX-FCV Corse-Air/Air Liberté joint colors, aircraft flown by both airlines in 1990 -> F-GIMJ Corse-Air, fully painted in CS colors and then re-registered in France in early 1991, repainted in "new" SS colors in mid/late 1991 after the airline was acquired and rebranded by the French "Tour-Operator" Nouvelles-Frontières. Corsair (SS/CRL)
-> F-GIMJ (ex-LX-FCV) in full CRL colors (1991 to 1995) -> F-GIMJ circa spring 1994 with Air Afrique stickers (flown by Air Afrique for the "Hajj" of that year) -> F-BPVG in full CRL colors (ex-Air France, updated size of fuse titles, over sized tail logo, with CRL 1994 to 1998) -> F-BPVE CRL colors, white tail (ex-Air France, white tail circa early 1993) -> F-BPVE CRL colors with Kabo Air stickers (leased also for the Hajj in spring 1994) -> F-BPVE full CRL colors (with CRL 1993-1995/96) -> F-GKLJ full CRL colors (1991 to 1995) -> F-GKLJ full CRL colors, also circa spring 1994, same Air Afrique stickers for the same reasons as sistership F-GIMJ -> F-GKLJ full CRL colors (updated version, from 1995 to it's retirement in summer 2000) All of them, as usual, are up now on my Google Drive. Next post will be for the 2 747-200 and single 747SP flown alongside the -100's and -300's in the 90's up until 2001/2002.

The rest of the Corsair's 747's are done ! The 747-200's and the 747SP. Only 2 747-200 and 1 SP flew for CRL, from the early 1990's to almost 2003. Given the existence of some variations, I'll do the same as the last post about the 747-100 and do a quick description + previews. 747-200B:
-> F-GPJM (ex-KLM PH-BUG manufactured in December 1971), delivered to Corsair in February 1995 and retired in 2002
-> F-GLNA 1992 to 1996 colors (ex-KLM PH-BUE manufactured in September 1971), delivered to Corsair in December 1992 and retired in January 2003
-> F-GLNA 1996 to 2002/2003 colors (revised titles as used on the 747-300 fleet, one 747-100, the 747SP and the A330's, revised logo tail similar to the one on the 747-300's)
747SP-44:
-> LX-ACO (ex-SAA ZS-SPD and RAM CN-RMS manufactured in September 1976), Luxembourg reg from 1994 to 1996 due to the fact that it was the very first 747SP fully own by a French airline and the type wasn't certified in the country, so the airline registered it in Luxembourg where it was already the case (thanks to Luxair), re-registered in France in 1996 when the type was finally certified.
-> F-GTOM, French reg inspired by an old popular English fairy tale named in France "Tom Pouce" and in English "Tom Thumb", (a little boy who wasn't taller than it's father's thumb) used from 1996 to the aircraft's retirement in late 2002, making it the sole European pax 747SP to fly in the 90's, and the very last one to fly too in Europe.
All of them are now available alongside the 747-100's on my Google Drive in the "Corsair/Corse-Air" folder, I now plan to make the late 1980's/early 1990's Corse-Air 737-300 livery as well as the Corsair livery one used on only one 737-300 from early 1999 to late 2002.

Now to finish with Corsair, here are the 737-200 and -300. Corsair 737-200adv:
-> F-GHXK, originally manufactured for TACA in 1978 as YS-08C and passed on to 5 different airlines before being acquired by Air Toulouse in mid 1995 and then leased to Corsair from late 1995 to mid 1998.
-> F-GMJD, originally manufactured for Hapag-Lloyd in 1981 as D-AHLG, sold to Aigle Azur in 1993 and leased to Corsair (wearing little 'Aigle Azur titles on the fuselage and the engines) from mid 1997 to late 2000.
Corse-Air/Corsair 737-300:
-> EI-BTF, delivered brand new to Corse-Air in mid 1987 and named 'Fiumorbo', wore that reg until 1993
-> EI-BTF, 1989 white radome
-> EI-BTT, delivered brand new to Corse-Air in very early 1988 and named 'Tavaro', wore that reg until 1992
-> F-GLTF (ex-EI-BTF), flew for the now re-branded Corsair with that reg only in 1992 until being sold to Air Europa in the very end of the year as EC-255
-> F-GLTT (ex-EI-BTT), flew for Corsair with that reg from mid-1992 to mid-1993 until being sold to TEA Cyprus as 5B-CIO
-> F-GFUI, originally built for TEA Switzerland in 1989 as HB-IIA (not to be mistaken as an other 733 reg F-GFUI built for Aeromaritime but re-reg F-GIXB with L'Aeropostale in 1991), delivered to Corsair in 1999 and flew for them until 2002 then leased to Axis Airways until Jan 2004, returned to CRL but almost immediately handed over in may 2004 to Bulgaria Air

Thank you for all of these! I was contacted by someone I reached out to weeks ago about a 1998 Corsair schedule, he will get me photos and then I'll make plans for this awesome airline.

Coming in hot today with some Air France Cargo paints ! Air France Cargo paints were always missing on the FAIB models, as only paints for the AIA models were available for the 747-400. So I decided to make paints of AF's 747-400ERF and 747-400BCF's on the FAIB models, all in the old colors. 747-400ERF:Air France was the launch customer of the ER version of the 747-400F. AF flew 6 examples of the type delivered between 2002 and 2007, 5 were directly ordered (F-GIUA/B/C/D/E) and one was leased directly from delivery from KLM (F-GIUF 2007-2008, future PH-CKD). 3 variations are available: -> AF-Group no engines logo variation (F-GIUA,F-GIUB,F-GIUC (2002-2009)/ F-GIUD (2004-2006)/ F-GIUE (2005-2008)) -> AF-KLM stickers no engines logo only wore by F-GIUC in 2009 -> AF-KLM stickers + engines logo F-GIUD (2006-2011)/ F-GIUF (2007-2008 KLM lease)/ F-GIUE (2008-2010)/ F-GIUA (2009-2011)/ F-GIUC (2010-2015)) 747-400BCF:In 2007, as a replacement for the last 747-200F who left the fleet in 2006/07, AF converted most of it's fleet of 747-400M to full cargo airframes: F-GISA, F-GISB and F-GISE. Only one BCF wasn't originally an AF aircraft: F-GISF, an ex-ANA 747-481, originally built as a Domestic variant, delivered to AF Cargo in 2007. All of them were sold in 2010 to either Cargolux or National Airlines. There are 3 variations: -> 2007-2010 normal livery, wore by F-GISA and F-GISB -> F-GISE livery, which got the AF Cargo titles in a whiter patch -> F-GISF livery, who kept some engines in ANA's grey paint Both the 747-400ERF and BCF are on my Google Drive under the "Air France Cargo" folder, next will be the 747-200F in both AF normal schemes and AF Cargo Asie schemes.

Air France Cargo Asie:-> 747-200SF F-GCBH pre-Skyteam era (mid 90's to 2000) -> 747-200SF F-GCBH Skyteam stickers 2000 to 2003, repainted in regular AF Cargo colors that year -> 747-200F AF Cargo Asie white tail F-GBOX/F-GCBM circa early 1990's, F-GBOX was repainted in regular AF Cargo colors in 1994/95, F-GCBM in full AF Cargo Asie colors in 1995 -> 747-200F AF Cargo Asie regular colors F-GCBM/F-GCBL (1994/95 to 2000) -> 747-200F AF Cargo Asie F-GCBL 2000 to 2006 colors, repainted in full AF Cargo colors with the new stickers in 2006 Air France Cargo:-> 747-200F pre-Skyteam era (1990's to 2000), colors worn by F-BPVR,F-BPVV,F-BPVZ,F-GBOX,F-GCBE,F-GCBG and F-GCBK -> 747-200SF pre-Skyteam era, colors worn only by F-GCBD from 1997 to 2000 -> 747-200SF Skyteam era circa 2000 to 2007, colors worn by F-GCBD,F-GCBF and F-GCBH -> 747-200F Skyteam stickers + AF Cargo Asie tail colors, only worn by F-GCBM from 2000 to 2006 -> 747-200F Skyteam era, worn by F-GBOX,F-BPVR,F-GCBE,F-BPVZ,F-GCBG and F-GCBK between 2000 and 2007 (more precise dates in the fltsim.txt file) -> 747-200F Skyteam and new AF-KLM stickers + "La Crevette" engines logos, only worn by F-GCBL from 2006 to 2008 and by F-GCBM from 2007 to 2008 All of them have been added to my Google Drive, the AF Cargo are alongside the 747-400ERF and BCF in the Air France Cargo folder, the Asie variants are in their own Air France Cargo Asie folder.

Today's shipment: Karthago Airlines (5R/KAJ) of Tunisia fleet. Karthago Airlines was a small charter Tunisian airline based in Djerba, part of the business group called "Groupe Karthago". It used a small fleet of 6 737-300 from 2002 to 2011 across a small network centered in neighboring countries and some European countries (mostly France). The airline merged with Nouvelair Tunisie in 2008 but some of it's Boeings kept flying until 2011 when it was completely absorbed. As usual, the liveries are now available on my Google Drive. Enjoy

Today's post is about some EasyJet paints I've just finished, all from at least the very late 1990's or 2000/2001 to 2010/11. So it concerns both EasyJet (U2/EZY) and the Swiss subsidiary, EasyJet Switzerland (DS/EZS), and their 2000's fleet consisting of 737-300, 737-700 and of their first bunch of A319. The 737's are painted on the FAIB models, and the A319 on the FSPX one. The 737 came in various variations, and given that EZY had a large fleet of those Boeings, the previews only have vague descriptions but more precise explanations (regs assigned to these variations and dates of those, periods of when said regs were painted that way as accurately as I could via pictures) are given in the "atc_id" sections of each entry in the "fltsim.txt" files. (Note that the little white patch below the nose in the A319's preview is something that only appeared in MCX but didn't in the sim, seemed like a bit of texture that the alpha-channel didn't disregard in MCX for some reason) As usual the repaints are available now on my Google Drive under the "EasyJet/EasyJet Switzerland" folder.

Quick post for a single paint today, finally made after I've seen some photos of the livery months ago and kinda forgot about it So here it is: Air Caraïbes ERJ-145 reg F-OIJF in full Air France colors + "by Air Caraïbes" titles. This was the only TX aircraft to wear the typical Air France partner livery (=AF livery + Airline name whom AF got a partnership with, other examples: CityJet, BritAir, Airlinair,...), it flew for AF and TX across TX's regional network from their bases in Guadeloupe or Martinique for a year from early 2003 to early 2004, and got repainted in full Air Caraïbes livery again. It is here painted on the AIM ERJ-145 (Extended APU) model, using the EVAI paintkit. Here's the preview:

A bit of a long post today, considering the number of aircraft types and variations, and all of them in the colors of the Seychelles flag carrier: Air Seychelles. Every plane here is painted in the old HM livery, introduced in the late 70's and wore by the airline's fleet until the late 2000's, and the slightly modified one ("updated" titles) introduced in 2007 and used until the mid 2010's. To start, the extensive commuter fleet of the airline, small aircrafts used mainly between the main island Mahé and the second most populated island Praslin, but also on charter flights for some hotels on smaller and/or more distant islands. First, the BN-2A Islander: Air Seychelles apparently used 2 of them even in that livery, but I could find enough photos of only one of them, S7-AAA named "Isle of Rémire". This one flew for them from the very start of the airline, but flew in those colors from the late 70's up until 2003/04. HM also used a pair of BN-2 M3 Trislander in the 70's and 80's, and given the few info/photos I could find, only one of them reg S7-AAG and named "Isle of Farquhar" remained long enough in the fleet to be painted in that livery before being replaced by a Twin Otter. Now onto what became the backbone of Air Seychelles little commuter fleet: the DHC-6-300 Twin Otter. Starting with the first one being delivered in 1985, the airline operated a fleet of 4 version -300 Twin Otter's: - S7-AAJ "Isle of Desroches" delivered 1985 - S7-AAR "Isle of Farquhar" delivered 1987 - S7-AAT "Isle of Frégate" delivered 1990 - S7-AAF "Isle of Praslin" delivered 1992 All of them wore that livery until the 2000's, S7-AAT was sold in 2002, S7-AAJ was repainted in 2006/07 in the "Selebre Sesel" special livery celebrating the 30 nth anniversary of the independence of the archipelago from the UK, S7-AAF and S7-AAR got he "updated" titles in 2009/10, both of those variations aren't painted here as someone already painted them and has done a very good job at it, find them here. The -300 fleet has now been replaced by a bunch of the newer -400 version. Now let's go with the last type of aircraft used for the inter-islands services, the Shorts 360. Air Seychelles added 2 Shorts 360 to its fleet between 2002 and 2006/07 as the demand on the regular Mahé-Praslin service increased, one delivered in 2002 reg S7-PAL and named "Ile de Palme" and the other one delivered in 2006/07 reg S7-PRI and named "Isle of La Digue". To finish now, a way wayyy bigger aircraft: the Boeing 767-300 (painted here using the FSPXAI model), used on their small Asian/African (Singapore, Mauritius, Johannesburg) network and their European (Paris, London, Frankfurt, Munich, Zurich, Milan, Rome and Moscow) network. Air Seychelles used 4 different 767-300ER from the late 90's up until it ceased all international flights in 2012: - S7-AHM named "Vallée de Mai" in service with HM 1997-2012 - VH-NOE, leased from May to October 2000 - S7-ASY named "Aldabra" in service with HM 2001-2012 - S7-FCS named "Isle of Frégate" in service with HM 2009-2012 The airline also used a little fleet of 767-200ER that are currently in the works
