Hello,
This week I was watching Dee's AI Electra operating out of SJC, and the airplane always takes the short runway (4400') and goes off the end before it becomes airborne. When I was watching Electra's take off in real life in the 70's, they always used the long runway. How can I adjust this aircraft so it will use the longer runway?
Thanks, Kurt

Hi,
Are you refering to the .air file? Using AirEd, the aircraft type is "0" and that matches other aircraft landing on the long runway. There sure are alot of numbers in that file... I wonder what they all do?
Thanks, Kurt

Actually, I think it might be because the flight model template is for the King Air, so the AI engine is treating it like a GA aircraft...

That's interesting... Is there anything I can change to fix it, or is it a permanent part of the flight model? Thanks, Kurt

Well, depending on how savvy you are with these things... You might try making a new FDE using the default B737 as the template.
