Dee Waldron's DC-8-62 & L-1011?

Here's another of my "Can you help me find..." questions:

I'm down to the last airline that I want to do in my "world" of 1980s AI traffic. The airline is Hawaiian, and the repaints package I downloaded form AvSim (many thanks to Henry Tomkiewicz!) requires Dee Waldron's DC-8-62 (update level 1) and likewise his Tristar.

Problem is that the URL I have to his site (81.208.92.5/dee_cp/fs_projects/index.html) no longer works and I don't even know if he indeed has a site anymore. Can anyone tell me where I can find these two models? Then my 80's traffic project will be finished at long last!

Seventies next?
