My models are free to convert to FSX native/P3D vX provided the following conditions are met:
1. The Readme.txt file from the original archive is included in the distribution
2. Upload restrictions are respected (ie: ONLY avsim.com and flightsim.com)
3. THESE MODELS CANNOT BE RE-SOLD OR PACKAGED WITH ANY PRODUCT FOR SALE WITHOUT THE EXPRESS WRITTEN PERMISSION OF THE AUTHOR (me). THIS IS FREEWARE!!
3. The LOD models are also converted

You can also reach out to Jay1 and gavinc at AIG. They're two of the P3D conversion team and masters at the craft. They've done most of Dee's models so I'm pretty sure there's interest in the retro models.

There are a couple I have my eye on (HS748, Caravelle series), I will keep you posted on progress. These are simple models without complex custom animations (absolutely no disrespect meant), which gives them the advantage of being relatively easy to convert to P3D. Any conversion work I am working on currently will be compatible with P3Dv3-forward, just because FS9-native AI models render just fine up through P3, and I see no need to do FSX-native at this point just for FSX. Original model author credits will be well-documented.

Has anyone converted the CV580 and F27-200 and -500 to FSX? I have tried but there are gear issues. The CV580 is a simple reversed animation, but the F27 appears to be parts collapsed together.
