Okay, now I'm done with it.... I deleted the other post because it was an incomplete picture, and I wanted to save some of cgold's space, lol. Undoubtedly the most colorful batch I have painted for one package. The two bottom aircraft are MA600s, basically an extra port window and western-style doors. BYC and RNA are not my paints, they were with the paint kit that SB gave me. All done but the packaging, a day or so late, but definitely worth your while. :{)

Just uploaded the following to AVSIM:
An-24/26/30/32 and the MA-60 (Modern Ark), with a bunch of repaints. My version of the Antonov family has the full registration boards on the wings like the SBAI Y-7, so I included some materials and instructions to allow local updating of the prop textures from existing paints (either with MS Paint or a multilayer program). The main textures were un-altered, so with a little prop texture work all previous repaints will work with these models. Read the documentation, and it will be explained. I've decided I don't like the bright green metal map, too shiny IMHO, so I made my metal maps 33% darker, and the results look good.
I just caught one small omission with the MA-60 package, I forgot to put the "fx_nicksmokec130" effect into the package zip, but it is in any of the Antonov 24-series aircraft packages so you can find it there. Sorry about that, just being perfect in my imperfection, lol.

Hey Mike! Love your work, especially your stuff for the newer AI models.
Do you have any plans to do AirLanka's A320s? I'm planning to paint them if you aren't doing them. If you aren't, may I ask for the colors that you use for the A343s/737-200s so that they match when parked together. We can discuss more over PMs :DD
Thanks so much!

Here is my next P3Dv4/5-converted model release.... Antonov An-8, another important freighter for the far corners of Africa and the Middle East back in the day, although not quite as populous as its four-engine big brother the An-12. This one has nine models and 52 repaints, of which 22 are mine. The rest are included with cgold's blessing on behalf of his two painters, who are all credited in my documentation. This one just got uploaded to AVSIM. More traffic for 1990s-2000s Sharjah. :{)

I'm also going to be issuing that big model conversion update I promised a couple of weeks back. I found a global error with the visibility of the wing registration boards on the Yak-42 and entire An-24 family. This was caused because I didn't have the dynamic light view setting enabled in MCX (complex shaders setting), and I didn't see what the finished product would look like in the sim. For unknown reasons, my original models still rendered properly in the sim on testing, but not for everybody, and this was the result of email feedback. Also, I am hard-coding all effects now, and the Yak-40 has steerable nose-gear made from scratch (whole new part). Plus, a whole bunch of other little fixes, to bring all released models (about a dozen or so), to a single process standard of where I am now with conversions. I anticipate that to be done by this weekend.
I am also going to sort out the rest of the 1984-1997 MSR fleet, the A300s and I think a couple of other off-the-path leases and such. I released one of the L-1011s with my ATA package last year or so, and I will release the other (Transat) lease very soon. There's also a couple of random 727 leases that I have to find pictures of (Aviogenex). I also made better, thinner early MSR titles, so these have been back-updated to the original batch of 741/742 paints.

Awesome! I'll make a v3 of Egyptair 1998 utilizing these paints, though sadly no more 747s in the old colors by 1997.

Short break from MSR, here is the next round of conversions with all-new paints. CP generously has permitted me to include all of his Caravelle paints with the upcoming conversion package, but one lonely little ITF paint for the Super 12 model just wouldn't do..... All the models are finished, just doing some painting to bulk up the packages. Don't get ahead of me on this one, I won't paint 'em all, lol; there's a lot of Caravelles in the retro world, but I will make a significant dent. These paints have a few little improvements from the original paint kit, and naturally any CPAI Caravelles I have painted to date will be brought up to the same standard. :{)

Awesome! By the way, your Y-7 package is missing the PBR and most other files in the master "texture" folder and many of the repaints only have the "_prop" and are missing the "_t" paints! I think the Effects are missing too. LOL! Just a heads up man!
Thanks for all these updated models, I've linked to them in the pain P3Dv4 thread with the aircraft model links.
