This likely isn't a font, as much as it is a custom logo.
Usually in these cases, I'll find a high resolution timetable or brochure and path out the logo. It should be a pretty quick process for this one.

I ended up finding a high enough resolution photo of HR-SHN and I’ve got something painted up that’s rather close. It’s within that “liberties and tolerances” rule I have for myself. I’ll post up about it tomorrow.

One thing I sometimes do is get a font that is close enough, put it in Illustrator, convert it to paths and adjust as needed
