Some fantastic stuff there Brian - much of it nearer to my 1985 target date than other plans available.
Just a small detail - America West's callsign was "AMERICA WEST" in 1983 - they didn't switch to "CACTUS" until 1987, apparently after concerns over confusion with other airlines with "WEST" in their callsign.
