I have just finished British Midland winter 1985/1986. It actually required less aircraft than they had at the time, so they either had very low utilisation or they done alot of charters. Fleet is as follows: DC-9-10 DC-9-30 Shorts 360 Vickers Viscount Fokker F-27 Im going to start painting these as soon as I get the Cathay Tristars over and done with. Im tempted to add in a few charter flights with the 707s they had at the time and maybe some on the DC-9s, One of the routes is mentioned in this photo: www.airliners.net/open.file/0952956/L/ There are also photos of 707s at Faro and Malta. Does anyone have any experience at doing fictional charters and could give me some tips? I'll keep 2 flight plans - one with and one without the charters. I also have a winter 1986/1987 timetable for British Midland, its a bit of a mess though. Lots of flights listed as EQV and the introduction of the 737, Saab 340 and Bae ATP has many flights equipment listed in strange ways. Ill see what I can do anyway.

I did charter flightplans for African Safari what I did was look on Airliners.net at all the locations where the DC8 was photographed at and built them taht way. I made up the flight numbers and used flight times from the OAG.
