I'm backdating airports for P3D and FSX in ADEX gradually, I'll share screenshots here. Almost done with SJC, back in 1995, it was a bustling hub for both American and Reno Air while a strong focus-city for Southwest. American Eagle(Wings West) and Reno Air Express(Mid Pacific Air) also had lots of flights, and parked in the now vacant back alley of Terminal A by the parking garage. Only turboprops could use 30R as it was still very short, and most commercial traffic had to use 30L which was the only long runway at the time. Runway 29, now used as a taxiway/overflow GA parking, was active and used often.
Terminal C only had 1 jetway and was used by most airlines at SJC. The jetway, belonging to Delta, was ironically often used by Delta Connection turboprops and CRJs that had stairs. I removed the construction of Terminal B which was included in this scenery. Everything between terminals A and C was remote parking at the time and converted to a cargo ramp by the late 90s.
Terminal A was used by American, Southwest, and RenoAir. To the North is the FedEx Cargo ramp.
The South Cargo ramp used by most fright carriers at the time, as well as the main GA area. You can see how short 30R is compared to 30L. I think the GA area that was along the boundary in this screenshot may have been active in 1995. I will add it if it was, right now nothing is there.
P3D crashed on me before I could get an overview screenshot. I'm waiting on permission from the author of the objects to upload this to Avsim when I am done.
Other projects include MSP, MRY, TVL, BUR, ORD, LAS, PHX, TUS and MKE.
