Cool repaint, as I remember Spantax planes need "dirt, dirt, dirt and even more dirt", don't forget some oil leaks to simulate the "scare factor" of Spantax. I agree, flight plans would be great. If the ones you are thinking of won't show up, I can do some representative ones. Spantax is a retro must have. Edit and black humor mode "on": Don't miss to rework the FDE to simulate some overruns here and there.

The only Spantax we have in the library, AFAIK, is the Dash-6 they used on the Melila shuttle. You'll find it in my Iberia '77.

I don't recall a Spantax set, either. There were some anomalies about two months ago due to us "losing" some plans due to my mistake of using two different page templates on two different computers for an update, but I know Spantax wasn't in there. In fact, I have all submissions since I took over archived, and I didn't find Spantax in there. It would be a nice addition - I'd like to see their CV-990s fly again, personally.

So if anybody could post some details abou their fleet in the 70's, I'll make them fly again... Hi Guys. The Spantax plans were at Avsim in a retro set By Billy Rotherford I think.... Give me a mo........................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................ Nope, he said they were work in progress, but not at Avsim. I'll have to mail him and see if he completed them. Paul

So if anybody could post some details abou their fleet in the 70's, I'll make them fly again... Off the top of head. 2 X DC-8-61 2 x DC-9-14 12 x CV-990. 2 x Twotter. The DC-10 came around 1979-1980, I'd have to check my books first to be sure. Paul

Spantax leased their first DC-10 in October of 1978 (N1034F from ONA, reregisterd as EC-DEG). I guess I should have looked before asking. Doh! Hi Jason. I logged it at LGW on the 16th April 1979 (Easter Monday!). One of the four ONA DC-10s which all met bad ends!! Paul

Nice DC8. I'll do some plans soon. Just try to find out if the Malaga JFK flight was daily.

Scary flight plans submitted, many thanks for the crappy repaints, good job as usual. ;-) Edit: The plans have been created with the late 70's in mind but they should be good for the early 80's too. No DHC6 flights, these are part of the Iberia package by Chris.
