Anyone know of a tool that will convert your flightplan file from DST and Standard Time? I don't mean in MRAI - I mean if you download a flightplan release from Winter (i.e. Ralf's American package) but you want to adjust it for DST so it works for summer.

Actually I was considering, it for every AI flightplan that I do, to upload both, one for DST and one for non DST. But for some reason, I forgot to do it for the last uploads I did.
I think I will do it for this KLM.

AIFP2, a great compiler and DST/Standard time converter. library.avsim.net/download.php?DLID=154033I tried it today and it does not work. I guess some cities did not use DST in 94 but do now or vice versa and AIFP uses a rescent database. So you get departure before arrival errors. @eduardo: Nice repaints.
