Hi all,
I am not doing that well, health-wise and things at RAI are getting backed up. I ask, please, do not submit any more schedules until I can update things.
Thanks!

And in the words of the great Canadian Prophet "Red Green"
" Hang in There, We're Pulling for Ya, Because We're all in this together."

If Bernice is watching, I'm going straight home right after the meeting...

I wrapped some duct tape around my bad ankle - worked wonders. My other problems? It looks like I'll have to have surgery for gall stones and is Librium ever a fun drug? The answer is no, but I'm pulling through... I've been to the hospital twice in a week and the f***ing insurance companies will not allow me to be admitted, so I go home and suffer. And, yes, I dropped the "F-Bomb" - I'm somewhat tired of feeling like hell.

All the best, Kris. Don't worry about that retro stuff now, health is much more important.

To wake up and see RAI is rockin' - that's a great thing. All I ask is to hold back on submissions until I'm up to par. I have plenty to post as it is, and I'm mostly there for it. RAI would not exist without you guys - you are RAI, not me - I'm just the guy who puts things on the web.

I don't think we are going any ware else but our second home! If you need any help site wise I'm willing to give you a hand. Take care. Paul

I'm feeling good right now, but I more or less got myself into this mess by moving too fast. That's just my personality - I can't just sit back and relax like I should. I was watching Anthony Bourdain's show on Paris, and he alks about how we Americans can learn something from the French - sit back at a cafe', eat a ham sandwich - "Really eat a ham sandwich" - and just enjoy life. I'm trying to do that - this morning, I stood on my balcony with a hot cup of coffee, a glass of orange juice, and a warm baguette with real butter and blackberry preserves, and enjoyed the day - a truly nice Oklahoma City day, not too hot or humid, sun peeking through the morning clouds. And then I looked the other direction at all the people careening up and down May Avenue in a hurry to go nowhere. I think we all need to slow down and enjoy life while we have it.

Glad you are feeling a bit better. It does pay every now and again just to stop the world and get off for a few days. It helps to recharge the batteries. I find a good thrash on Unreal Tournament every now and again helps me unwind. Take care and don't rush back. We are not going any ware!! Paul
