My next project is JAT summer 1984. I should have this one done in about a week. All repaints are at AVSIM.

Geting closer I have all the data entererd now I just have to make eveything fit together. This one is also a nightmare the domestic is horrible Same flight number operating 7 days a week at 7 differnt times can not understand why some airlines do this it must be a scheduling nightmare also for the airline. Also this time table has the same flights listed with 2 differnt flight numbers. Trying to get it done ASAP

OK finished up JAT Summer 1984 and submitted. once again a horrible timetable to work with as there are many inconsistencies with the domestic schedule this being said the domestic is about 80 to 90% accurate the international is 100% correct.

Hi. I decided to pull this topic up again, as I´m experiencing nearly the same prob´s like you, klm617. I´m doing the 1983/84 (Olympic FP´s) Schedule. International, it was no problem. But, the domestic, same as klm617, indicates Flights with "D9S/727". Now, I´m not at all fit in the moment (this was intended to bring my thoughts to another place...) and I really don´t know how to split them up. Is somebody willing to take this task in checking and splitting the Flights up? If yes it´d help me a lot and make me very happy Regards. -STEFAN-SUN_KING-

One trick is to create a "fake" aircraft type and assign it to those dual type flights. Once the compiling is done, you'll have no problem spliting them up in the flightplans.txt file.

This does happen a lot. I have a Pan Am 1971 underway and some of the flights use "EQV". In other words they used whatever is available. I leaver this in place until after compiling and then use whatever aircraft are spare. This happens quite a lot. Paul

I tried to help Stefan on this and managed to delete all double flights but I have problems to fix some inconsistencies. Anybody able to jump in? I don't know how to do this, that's the reason why I always enter pairs of flights to the Excel sheet only. If anybody volunteers to help, I could sent the Excel sheet by email. Many thanks in advance!

If its like Allegheny 1979, there are so many inconsistencies that lots of night time ferry flights were needed, more than on any other schedule I have worked on. It takes many hours just to fix one type!! ;D Paul

Hi Stefan. I have fixed the fight plans and sent them back to Ralf so you should get them soon. Once you have done some horrendous schedules like Allegheny, United 1969 etc, the problems you had were minor in comparison. If you need any further help in the future, please PM me here and I will do my best to help you, or anyone else with your flight plan compiling problems. Paul

Hi Paul, many thanks again for your help. The files are on the way to Stefan now. JAT will be a nice addition to the European 80's skies.

Hi Ralph and Paul. Thanks a lot for your help. I´ll be uploading them ASAP. You want to wait for it or shall I put ´em up on Avsim? I just tested it and it looks wonderfull. This brings back some memories on my first D10 Flight. You both will be credited. Thanks again. Regards. -STEFAN-SUN_KING-
