I am slooowly working on the DC-8-63CF. It's only my second repaint and the bare metal textures are giving me a bit of a bother!
Best regards...Duncan

Bueller? Bueller? I live quite close to where many parts of that were filmed. There is no Shermer, IL - it's a reference to Shermer Ave. in Northbrook, IL, where so much of it was filmed. The school in "The Breakfast Club" is the now-closed Maine North High School in Des Plaines. The building is today the HQ of the Chicago division of the Illinois State Police. The school used in "Sixteen Candles" and "Weird Science" is Niles East in Skokie - it had already been closed for several years when the movies were made, and has since been demolished. We're all about saving Ferris in north Chicago
