Hi All
I'm about to redo all my AI to RetroAI, so one of the files I'm using is SAS77, unfortunately I miss a repaint of SAS in the Viking livery to go with Aardvark's DC-9-40. Only livery available is SAS' new paint which (put mildly) doesn't match the Viking scheme I've found for all the other aircraft.
I would hate to comment out the DC9-4 traffic just because of a missing livery... Would somebody pleas help me out here?

Hi Dan,
yes - it's really an important aircraft that's missing here, because the DC-9-40 was the SAS-workhorse on their European routes.
I would also really appreciate it if one of the talented painters in this forum could let a "Viking Niner" roll out the hangar. At the moment I have replaced my DC-9-40s with the DC-9-21 by Brent Blackburn and the DC-8-55 by Kurt Niedrauer.
By the way: In the late 1970s SAS also flew the A300 in the Viking-scheme. Anybody know if this is available for retro-AI???
Kind regards
Michael

Hi There,
Wow, I sure thought I'd uploaded my SAS DC-9's a long time ago. The DC-9-40 has just been uploaded to AVSIM. My other is a DC-9-10, but since you have a good -20 model I probably don't need to get the -10 ready for upload, correct?
The timetable I used didn't yet show A-300's, so I haven't done one of those.
Best regards, Kurt

Best regards, Kurt I was about to say that I thought you had done all the missing SAS planes to go with the flight plans, but held off because I couldn't find the -40 by searching under your name at Avsim.

Yes, thanks. That fills in a big gap. Now, you wouldn't want to do a repaint of the Cal Classic United DC-7 in the early 50's OC, would you? Andy

Kurt, you didn't happen to do an SAS EVAI DC-10-30 to match that did you? I have been searching for that one and a swissair 10 for quite a while

Hi dc10boy,
try this one on avsim: sas-dc-10.zip .
It's an SAS-repaint for the FSP DC-10-30.
