Hi,
My ATI Radeon card *requires* you to *add* mipmaps to the textures to avoid the jaggies on AI aircraft. My NVidia card requires you to remove them to avoid the blurries. Try resaving a few of your AI plane's textures *with* mipmaps and see if that removes the jaggies (after backing them up!). Yes, they will be slightly softer (but not blurry), but that's the price you always pay for mipmapping (with or without the mipmaps included in the textures themselves).
Hope this helps,

Hello Tom,
I see what you mean, adding the mipmaps does help the jagged problem while it introduces a blur problem. But overall it might look better with the blurs.
Still, I'd like to get a card that will do a good job anti-aliasing. From the sounds of it, I don't need a brand new technology card.
Thanks, Kurt
