Very nice work. I think you can go darker with the blues and a touch more saturation with the green. The DC-10s weren't really Air Florida's colors, just Transamerica's representation of them. I suspect the just used the paint they already had in stock and just changed the strips a bit,. Thanks Brian You know I did think when I first started them that the colours didn't really seem to match all the photos I had seen. But I just thought that it might have been due in part to the photos being either under or over exposed, as most photos don't match each other either. I wasn't aware of the Transamerica colour crossover. It's funny, the colours I first chose would have probably been more accurate but in an attempt to be safe and make things match I made it wrong. I have attempted the 727 of the fleet but the PK is a bit simple and I don't really want to upload it as it looks like s*#t compared to these two. Maybe someone more talented than me can make it. I have my new paintkit I have created for the AIA 727, though I don't think it'll work with Photoshop, only GIMP, which I used to make it. You are welcome to a copy of it if you like. Looks much better IMO Send me a message if you are interested.
