I can't wait until I have the time to take a day and get your 1983 world installed.

In July of 1983 Air Florida had the following DC-10-30CF according to my JP and airfleets N101TV N102TV N103TV N109WA www.airfleets.net/flottecie/Air%20Florida-history-dc10.htmObviously not all might have flown at a time, given the company was by then in deep financial problems following the crash into the Potomac of QH90 in February of 1982, but they were listed with them. Kind regards.

101 and 103 were gone by October 82. 102 is listed as being in the fleet until May 83. There's a photo out there of 101 in the desert without titles - all three were sent directly to the desert after Air Florida service. They never went back to Transamerica and were converted to full freighters and went to FedEx in early 84.
109 came online in March 83.
1035F was the ex-Icelandair bird, but it was long gone by then. It started with Spantax in September 82.
I suspect that either A) 102 was in the fleet longer than stated, B) another aircraft like a DC-8 was subleased for a few months, or C) they didn't operate all the flights as scheduled.
Air Florida did sublease a Rich DC-8 in November 83, but my best guess is that they didn't operate all the flights as scheduled. Even with all the resources I have, I can't find a definitive answer.

When faced with similar dilemmas, I go with the plausible option and just update later if solid info is uncovered. At the end of the day, we are often grasping at straws to explain how these airlines completed their schedules with the fleet that our records show, but such is the life with pre-internet age data.
Thanks for putting in so much effort, it does not go unnoticed!
