I do not know if it is legal to send textures etc by E-Mail but twice to day someone asked permission to see what I was sending.Does anyone have an answer to this problem?

So long as you are not selling or charging $$$ for textures in some fashion, you are ok. If anyone is asking to see what you are sending, I find that a bit shady and I would ignore whoever is asking. (If I'm reading this correctly...)
