The Nords were leftovers from the Lake Central-Allegheny merger. I don't know how long Allegheny (who already had F-27s) flew them before selling them off to commuter lines like Pocono. I do recall Allegheny had the 262s repainted burgundy and gold for a series of French-themed, men-only flights - beautiful planes!

Next project is ... Guesses, anyone? Wow, i wasn't expecting a Handley Page Herald to appear as an AI at this stage. Looking forward to seeing this one. I have quite a few Heralds in my AI world but they are all the non AI version. Have you thought about doing the Dassault Mercure at all, or are you just sticking with props?

Yep, it's a Herald garko: No, I don't only do props - I just haven't released any jets yet. As for the Mercure, since it didn't enter service before 1974 and I'm focusing on 1970-71, the likelihood is rather small. It's not the only French jet, though... Exit runway when able

If you're looking for a temporary Mercure model, by the way, I am using JR Lucariny's rather decent effort. It's a bit demanding, but since there are only a few of those in view at the same time, you should be fine (on FS9 anyway).
