The Nords were leftovers from the Lake Central-Allegheny merger. I don't know how long Allegheny (who already had F-27s) flew them before selling them off to commuter lines like Pocono. I do recall Allegheny had the 262s repainted burgundy and gold for a series of French-themed, men-only flights - beautiful planes!
garko: No, I don't only do props - I just haven't released any jets yet. As for the Mercure, since it didn't enter service before 1974 and I'm focusing on 1970-71, the likelihood is rather small. It's not the only French jet, though...

If you're looking for a temporary Mercure model, by the way, I am using JR Lucariny's rather decent effort. It's a bit demanding, but since there are only a few of those in view at the same time, you should be fine (on FS9 anyway).
