Here is a recent repaint of the CIS Xi'an Y-7. Notice the white box on top of the left wing. Here is a CIS An-24 posing as a Y-7. The white box is not there. Any ideas on how to replicate this on the actual Y-7? Some of the Y-7's released had winglets and some did not. I took my AI a step further and did those winglets and it was surprisingly easy to do. Even ones with logos turned out good. For example: Here is the Zhongyuan Y-7 with winglets: China Northern with winglets: Sichuan with winglets:

Mod the alpha in your paint package to remove that block, then re-import the alpha and replace the original. Or you could export the AN-24 alpha and use this to replace the alpha for the Y-7. If the winglet is on the same texture, it might affect that though. Or even a combination of both. Paul

The winglet textures are on the main texture sheet... so we are good there. That is how I was able to paint them with relative ease. (If anyone wants some of these, and if Eduardo allows, I will release these for a little added flavor to this already amazing package.)

I tried the import/export trick and nothing appeared to be different. The same white box is still over the left wing.

Open the plane in ACM and look at the model as its possible that its something on the model, a leftover or un-textured part on top of the wing. It takes a long time, but you can scroll though each part and see if this is the case. If you still can't find it, send the plane to me and I'll have a look for you. Paul

Hi, Christian! As I know, that box used for registration numbers changing. Look over the texture, I think you can find the place, that is responsible for this piece of wing.
