Sorry to hear all about that mate, if I can do anything to help don't be afraid to ask. I know what it's like to be led on, not fun for sure

It can always been worse. Can you imagine if you were married with kids in a house and being in the same situation?
Anyway, when things turn to crap for me I like to go into FS2004 and sit on the side of the runway at LAX and watch the Western DC-10's and TWA Tristars come and go. That makes me feel better!
Good luck.
Best regards....Duncan

AI spotting in LAX is always fun... (You are very true... I could have sunk lots more into that relationship than I did.)

Sounds like you haven't lost much to be honest. You should be glad that you've found out in time.
You do realize though that you're putting this on a public forum with (supposedly) your real name, don't you. ;-)

I've had a rough patch too, a very close member of my family died and I am only now slowly returning to this hobby. Like Duncan, I like to sit and watch the traffic... but I haven't felt like painting and will probably take it slow for a while.

AI spotting in LAX is always fun... (You are very true... I could have sunk lots more into that relationship than I did.) I have to agree it's a great tonic! Where you can escape back to an era of your youth and forget about all your problems of today for a few hours. I tend to recall some other memories from around the same period that get triggered by visiting some retro AI airport, a holiday in that country for example....Fun memories.

Keep in touch; We're here for ya, man.

It's the US$ 1.000.000 question. They are really beautiful.

The painter is going through some personal stuff at the moment. They will be released in the not too distant future - just not sure when.

Been tempted to finally release my American Airlines MD-11 repaints - 2 trans-atlantic, and 1 trans-pacific configurations - BUT since they are for the UTT MD-11, and given the issues surrounding the team, and their practices, I think mayhap I should just find another MD-11 model, and remake my repaints for that. *sigh*
