The surprises are not USAir Express. In fact they're not from the USA, they are two that I had a hard time to find timetables myself for.

MEA has been released since a month ago, though there's not enough repaints so far plus 707 is still in development.
One of the surprises is going to V1 some Jason's DC-10's. It is really hard to give hints because they will be guessed right off the bat but I'm pretty sure you guy are going to like them. I have enjoyed a lot working on them given how hard it was to get timetables for those.
By the way, I have the flight plans for those surprises already finished just need to work on the repaints. I hope to have them (including US fleet) before the end of the month or at least not later than first week of June.

This brings back a whole slew of memories... Almost all of the mainline jets I have flown on as a kid. The 737-200's were the most popular at KROA. The DC-9's, F-100's, MD-80's, and the 737-300's and 737-400's were all in the mix too. USAX used Dash-8-100's and Dornier 328's and were the commuter planes of choice for them during that particular time.
