As you might have guessed, Northwest is next. While I'm checking what existing repaints could be used for '94 flight plans, I started blending the best parts of two existing paint kits and added some "bowling shoe" colors. Yes, that's still the old Aardvark DC9.

Sorry to interrupt you. But, hasn't Michael Pearson done the entire NWA fleet from the 1970s to the 1990s? Although, his readme's state 1990 it is ment till ca. 1995, though without guarantee.

I know I'm rivet counting now, but the Northwest/KLM stickers are missing, so his fleet is good til 92 I think.

If you'd like, I can send you my Photoshop files for the 747 fleet and A320. They probably just need to have the Skyteam sticker replaced with the Wings sticker and a couple other quick tweaks.

Old aardvark DC-9 or not, I see some definite improvement with the windows. Good job, Ralf!

I hope to have summer 1987 finished by the end of the year but missing the Convair 580 any takers. Flightplans will include flight 255 and N312RC

Here's a shot of the "stretched -S-". I stayed with the Aardvark DC9 to have a fleet commonality in the meaning of model style. Anthony, check PM please.

Will you be including the 2 experimental liveries NW had at the time? Flew for a few years in the mid 90s on 2 DC-9-50s and 1 757-200. N787NC was one DC-9, not which one was the 2nd DC-9 to wear the livery.

I knew about the DC9 but thanks for pointing me to that special 757, they will be included as well as the "Orient colors".

Cool, I figured you probably had seen them but seeing as very few pictures of them are up online, I figured I'd check.

I think I need some help with the NWA color schemes. It looks that almost the complete fleet was sprayed in the Bowling Shoe scheme in 94. When I check airliners.net I can see very few planes in Orient colors dated "early 90's" or "mid 90's". Do you remember how the fleet looked in summer 94 or do you know of a good source to check it? airliners.net is not much of help.
