Nah, Tom's got the right approach - I shouldn't give any exact dates. With what I do, nothing is the same on any given day. I will do my best to get the data transferred and the new machine in production over the weekend, though. I apologize for misunderstandings, but you know what will happen if anyone ever seriously complains about updates? I send them all the source files and tell them to do the updates... ;D

Did I ever tell you that for 3 years we lived next to a funeral home AND near the mill?...imagine THAT smell !! You know what's sad, I know exactly where that is...... You see I too spent to much time in Camas, when my wife's Grandparents were still alive. Do you know where the Superintendent's house is on top of the hill up the long set of steps?

I've just completed coding an airline that I've really been missing. It is Allegheny from a summer 1976 timetable. It may not make the next update, so if you want it I'll send it to you. Unfortunately, there is no AI BAC 1-11 in Allegheny colors. You have to use a flyable model.
I don't know if any or all of these will be in the next update, either, but I have several ready to go (might not be repaints available for all). If any of these are not in the next update, I'll be happy to send them to anyone. These are complete AI flightplans.

Sorry, I have no ai repaints. I am using the POS 747-200 (old colors), a repaint of Eric Cantu's 737-200 and a repaint of a Lou Volland 707. None of these are exclusively ai but the Volland model says that it's ai friendly. Cantu's models are not too bad for ai. SIA in 1975 was not a big airline, so the FR hit should not be too bad. I don't know if it will be in the next update. If not, I'll send it to you. Andy

I have an Allegheny BAC 1-11 and CV-580 for AI (1970's colors, Dee Waldron models) - I've been holding off on putting them out until I finished the 1973 FPs, but if anyone wants them, just message aor e-mail me, and I'll send them your way. And send me those AL flightplans, Andy, '76 is actually closer to the date that I try to maintain than '73.

Done. Sounds like we are trying to maintain the same era. I try to get the look of 1974-1975 as I have OAGs to cover those years.
I've picked up a Varig 1977 timetable and will be the likely winner of a 1973 BOAC timetable on eBay. These should be important additions. It would be nice to have some of the other big Europeans, like Air France, and, of course, some major US domestics like TWA, United, and Eastern.
BTW, I also have an Eastern 1955 timetable up for aution on eBay right now, if anyone is interested.

Andy Hmmm...I need to look and see if it's on the site, but Raul did Eastern, 1976 - I have it running. He also did American and Pan Am from that time, I'm not sure if those are up or not. I have a TWA, 1974 schedule, but it doesn't list equipment other than 747s and L-1011s. I'm only lacking the DC-9-30s from Air Canada, 1973 and I'm probably midway on Continental from that year. Paul is working on TWA, 1965, which is too early for me - but it will come with new repaints of the 707 and 727 in the "double globe" colors, suitable for 1970's use. Actually, they changed in 1974 to the twin strpie paint, but many planes weren't repainted until the 1980's/ The twin stripe now out there can be used, but it's not 100% accurate, as they didn't go to solid titles until sometime in the 1980's.

Hi Andy.
I already have BOAC 1973 if you don't get it and I have the full BEA 1972 plans in testing.
We need AI models for BEA as using the flyable ones can cause a slide show at LHR!!
I hope to have BEA uploaded soon.

Hi Paul,
there are BEA-textures on avsim for Dee Waldron's BAC 1-11, Comet 4, Vickers Viscount and DH 1142 Heron.
ai_bea_bac-111.zip by Kurt Niedrauer, bea_airtours_ai_comet_4.zip by Ashley Flynn, ai_bea_viscount_810.zip by Kurt Niedrauer, beahero.zip by Henry William.
A Trident 2 (ai_bea_trident_2.zip) was also painted by Kurt. You will find the model in "gaukair.zip" - also on avsim. As far as I can remember "gaukair.zip" includes a Vickers Vanguard - also in BEA-livery.
Kind regards,
Michael

Hi Michael.
Is the plane's in the gaukair.zip that are the problem. They are not AI in any sense of the word ;D
Just to to LHR at the Trident exodus and the slide show appears!!
One day we will get some AI models of the Trident etc.
