For my CLS 747 enthusiasts. I successfully got the model working with Ludo's method (fantastic!) and I also made some other modifications to it. I threw in the DC-10 gauges (and a lick of PBR) and successfully flew it today with the Simufly INS. Works great. Wow! How did you make the DC10 gauges work with the 747 ?

So good to have a working classic 747, now with the reworked posky models we can even swap the vc of the cls in and have an SP and 100.

Replacing the gauges is relatively straightforward. I started with what was obviously missing, which (if memory serves), was the altitude, airspeed, HSI, and attitude gauges. Then it's just going into the vcockpit section of the panel.cfg and replacing said gauges with their DC-10 counterparts. "CLS_747_!HSI" or whatever would become "CLS_DC10_!HSI". Not the exact names, however it does demonstrate the process. You can find the name for DC-10 gauges in it's respective panel.cfg.
