Noosa Air is coming along. Only the Twin Otter to do now. I took a slight break from Noosa Air to do this thing. If anyone has any tips on how to paint convincing looking polished metal wings do let me know. The engines and belly were a mission but the wings will take too damn long to work out how to do.

Thanks a lot. Ah right. I thought I had read there was a new one somewhere but I couldn't find anything today, so I just went with the classic model. I've got it now though, thanks.

I'm not gonna lie. I'm super happy with this one. One of my favourites when I was just a boy. Coming soon with representative flightplans.

I'll upload these two and the F-27 later tonight. For use with the '89 flightplans available on here somewhere.

Me too. It's a beaut. I'd say the chances are high actually. I didn't know of the ai argosy. But I'll check those links out and I'll certainly see if I can do it. Making flightplans for them may prove difficult for me though, so maybe someone else with the skill could do those.

I've just been checking out the Argosy and it's paintkit. It should be doable. The PK was not in a good state at all. Not in quality but it already had repaints all over it that weren't in their own separate layers.
So I've been doing a lot of editing to get it back to a bare white look. The real challenge is going to be trying to make it look half as good as the DC-9, as the AIG paintkit has so many goodies to make it easy to create detailed paints.

I can do some semi-fictional FP’s for IPEC. I can bang some out by this coming weekend. I’ll be tied up IRL up until then.

Do you know or need any info on where they typically operated? I know of a site that has that info. I'll find it if you need. Also, just for fun, this is my progress on the Argosy. It is not an easy PK to use. That's as much as I can do tonight as I'm now late for bed

That was not easy. But it's done now. Unfortunately it's not the correct variant of the Argosy but since no others exist and likely never will, this one should hopefully suffice.

Dude! That thing looks awesome! Thank you! I’m currently loading a moving truck - I will certainly get some FP’s together for IPEC once I get back in.

Ah thanks a lot for the comment, and you're most welcome too! It was probably also the hardest paint I've ever done. A texture mapping nightmare haha. Excellent. I do look forward to seeing these beast lumbering around my FS skies.

I couldn't find any paints for Austrian in the 80's so I've started this. It's not Aussie, i know. But it's close in name at least
