FP - GTI Airlines 1998

The Turkish charter airline 'GTI Airlines' was formed in 1996 by the travel organisations Kayi Tours from Turkey and German Travel International. In february 1998 the airline was sold and renamed Air Anatolia. GTI Airlines flew an "all-widebody"-fleet of only three Airbus A300 aircraft: one B2 and two B4s. The first A300 was delivered to the airline in 1996, the other two followed in 1997.

Thank you for these, the paints look easy enough so I will do all 3 variations of the A300B4 soon unless someone else has them in progress. One tip for the flightplans, which I credit ranmori for teaching me; if you set the speed to "200", the aircraft will disappear in cruise and thus you won't see them enroute. If you input "477", or a number around that value for jets, the aircraft will appear in cruise overhead or as you fly around yourself.

I will try to get these done early next week when I plan on spending a day painting up planes.

Chase....that's good tip about the right speed setting.
Once I read about it to set 200 on FP because issues on AI landing, it's was long time ago.
I'll wait your repaint for GTI.

The paints will be shared on RAI tonight, but I can't find info on a proper callsign, was it GTI? The airline is not in the JP Fleets Book and Rzjets and the other common fleet sites do not list a callsign. Also, I can not find the aircraft name worn by TC-GTC when it had the mostly white livery, it was not the same name worn in 1997 or by Anatolia later on.

Any help is appreciated.

Turkish charter carriers did not fly to holiday destinations in other countries nor to their capital cities. They flew to holiday resorts in their own country, mainly Antalya and flew "ethnic charters" for their people working abroad, i.e. in Germany and The Netherlands.

In the case of GTI, photo evidence backs up most of his destinations as far as I could tell. There is solid evidence of routes to Spain like BCN-IST for Spanish tourits to go abroad though Germany and Holland appeared to be the main markets.
