Here is the 'other' Aeromar.... Aeromar Lineas Aereas de Dominicanas.... There will be a 763 and 752 paint added to this fleet. They started up in 2001, so they are outside my normal time zone of painting, but Caribbean classic jumbos are rare, so what the heck..... :{)

Here are some late-80s and early-90s 707s.... A couple of cgold requests, and a lot of fun to do.... I had to take a couple of small artistic liberties with the CSH aircraft, but they should work just fine. N707HG and B-2422 are the same aircraft, from initial delivery (US-serial) to Chinese serial soon after. There are multiple sources that state that one aircraft was painted in the 1990s red scheme, and B-2426 was kept the longest (1991) per RZJets, so I picked that one. :{)

So, I was grabbing all of Brian's 1983 FP this evening, and found need of this little gem.... my first paint for this model. There will be some DHC-6 and An-26 painting to follow, and BJ used 727s late before they were absorbed into AFG, but they were in standard AFG scheme with BJ titles. BJ was actually around since the 60s, and was absorbed into AFG close to 1990. :{)

So, I used a little artistic liberty again, and matched the An-26s to the Yak-40s, I had no photos to go on.. Both aircraft were shot down later in the 80s by Muhajadeen during the Soviet war, but they are in-service for Brian's flightplans. Again, my first paint for this model. The Twotters were still alive in 1983, and I did have a couple of crappy but readable photos for them. Twotters had a hard life with this airline, with at least three lost, including YA-GAY later in the decade. :{)

Just to let everybody know, I will be re-uploading the last upload cycle to AVSIM, probably later today. They had a minor-league issue last week (not a hack), and lost that week's new files (hadn't been backed up yet), which included what I did a week ago Sunday. The good news, I have already updated the original DLH files I had to fix with a service pack, so that's one less file to upload.

No, they're not, the download entries are there, but the download links are broken. Not sure why they don't remove them from the library....:{)

Not sure why they don't remove them from the library....:{) You have to e-mail them and request they take the old ones down, or else you'll have duplicates. When I replied to the e-mails about my files being corrupt, I simply requested this and they did it for me hours later.

Copy that about AVSIM, thanks Chasen. Incidentally, a few more aircraft have popped up at MAIW converted for FSX/P3D. They have the NAAI 707 (one model only, HKLL), the AIA 742 PW, and the An-225; and a whole bunch of other military-related aircraft, including some of my models now (yay). There are also some additional HTAI and DWAI small commercial/GA aircraft converted and available there as well.

I wonder if it was because of the number of people trying to download the new project Airbus files. It took me some time to get online at Avsim.

So, back on point..... When I was grabbing all of Brian's files the other night, I read some of the posts, and took notes.... This is the second of my original FAIB 732 releases completely re-done and augmented to cover the service life of the aircraft, in this case 1969-2002. LAM used some of their 732s later into the 2000s, but I am not worried about that for now, I may address it later. The honest truth is that I don't have any pictures of a 732 in the 1980 LAM (post-DETA) scheme, this is a best-guess paint for now unless somebody can find a picture, any picture, even a black-and-white one will work. I color-matched the 1980 and 1988 schemes to Jason's DC-10s. I have pictures of all other schemes painted. This was like doing six different airlines, and took a few nights. Also, this will kick in the door for some 707s, 767s, and perhaps something Russian..... You have no idea how long it took to find the crest for Portuguese East Africa (for the 1969 tail logo). :{)

Disregard the 1980 scheme, I found a picture, and it's totally different from what I did. Correction forthcoming, probably by tomorrow.

Hi Mike! Could I you paint BA 732 Red Landor early and late liveries?

I will look at the requested BAW aircraft this month, at least everything from Landor forward has been done already. In the meantime, here are the LAM early 80s aircraft with the correct stripe, there was a flag change in 1983, and that is accounted for. The total package will be 14 variants, the sole Combi -BAC appears in seven different variations. This kind of got out of hand because the airline went through two names, six liveries, three flags, and two serial prefixes from 1969-1991. I think this might be my most diverse package to date for one aircraft type for one airline. The "E" and "C" accents are missing in the titles, those will be policed up prior to upload, as I have to draw them in manually. :{)
